Digital media and community stories
The power of digital video lies in its pervasiveness and acceptance as an everyday technology. Its simplicity and effectiveness in capturing the small moments of life as well as public events and celebrations brings the opportunity to bring community stories into the world. Moving Lines's interests in public history, the history of the everyday, and in digital media brings to community groups the opportunity to work with passionate and committed people.
What
we are looking for
Moving Lines has a unique combination of group and personal facilitation skills, public history skills and digital media skills.
We are interested in working with community groups and organisations that have a story to tell. Our particular interests are in the stories of the marginalised. Our vision is to enable their stories to be received in new ways that speak to the heart.
If you are a community group or organisation wanting to work with committed people in telling a story contact us to discuss your needs. We may be able to support you in funding submission writing or provide you with advice on a range of matters.
We look forward to hearing from you.
