6. 80% deposit on commencement; 20% payment on completion of site.
7. Completion time as negotiated with client.
8. Costs of any additional third party software additional to costs noted above.
9. Costs of any photographic images specifically required by client additional to costs noted above.
10. Costs of any specialist programming are additional and are to be quoted separately.
11. Whilst Moving Lines has quality control processes in place to ensure accuracy of maintenance and design tasks, clients are responsible for the final checking of work.

Mailing list functionality, other functionality as negotiated with client and within the scope of the fee schedule. 4. Creation of web pages from content and images provided by client. 5. Checks on error log, maintenance and remediation for a period of 3 months following launch of site. 6. Content maintenance by client. Please note that Moving Lines can
