So you've got a website and are just now discovering that it takes a lot to keep your site up to date and interesting enough to get repeat visitors. You'll soon find that there are lots of little jobs that need doing on your site. Things like:

1. Updating content
2. Correcting mistakes that you only find a few months down the track
3. Adjusting navigation in the light of user experience
4. Adding new sections in response to users or your own growing interests

Moving Lines provides a website maintenance service designed to help you with these tasks. We have a number of packages designed to meet varying maintenance needs.

 

Small to medium site packages

These packages are ideal for the small business site or professional site. What's a small to medium size site? Here's a guide. It has:

• Around three to six sections linking off the home page.

• Subsections linked off the main home page sections.

• Minimal specialist programming needs.

Package 1 Web Maintenance STANDARD 12		Package 2 Web Maintenance PLUS 12
Up to 2 hours per month, or averaged 12 hours over 6 months, in support and web site updates. This may include: 1. Support requests 2. Textual updates to existing pages 3. HTML programming for forms or mailing lists within the capability of the hosting service 4. Addition of new pages not requiring new navigation 5. Addition of images		As for Web Maintenance STANDARD 12 PLUS Up to 6 hours of web design services within the 6 month period, including: 1. Addition of new pages requiring new navigation 2. Restructure of page layouts 3. Additional graphic design
Cost AUD$550 for 6 months plus 10% GST for Australian customers		Cost AUD$850 for 6 months plus 10% GST for Australian customers

Terms of Service

1. To be paid 6 monthly in advance.
2. Unused hours in the period cannot be carried forward.
3. Maximum 72 hour turnaround time on website maintenance items; site design turnaround time or as negotiated between client and Moving Lines.
4. Time sheet provided to client upon completion of each piece of work.
5. Additional hours of maintenance services beyond 12 hours for the 6 months, are billed at the discounted rate of AUD$40 per hour
6. For the Web Maintenance PLUS 12 package, additional hours of website design services beyond six hours in a six month period are billed at the discounted rate of AUD$65 per hour.
7. Moving Lines reserves the right to determine what constitutes site design versus maintenance work.
8. Whilst Moving Lines has quality control processes in place to ensure accuracy of maintenance tasks, clients are responsible for the final checking of maintenance work.

 

Other Maintenance Packages

 

Ad-hoc site maintenance		Website redesign or restructure
Per hour maintenance service for support and web site updates. This may include: 1. Support requests 2. Textual updates to existing pages 3. HTML programming for forms or mailing lists within the capability of the hosting service 4. Addition of new pages not requiring new navigation 5. Addition of images		After a year or so, you may find a need to restructure your site or to freshen it up with a new graphical design. Moving Lines can help with analysing your site and design a new look and structure for your site. Services we provide include: 1. Site analysis and planning 2. Addition of new pages requiring new navigation 3. Restructuring of navigation protocols 4. New site graphic design 5. Restructure of page layouts
Cost AUD$45 per hour plus 10% GST for Australian customers.		Cost AUD$75 per hour plus 10% GST for Australian customers; OR as per customised quotation against client provided specifications

Terms of Service

1. 50% deposit on estimated hours calculation required in advance.
2. Maximum 72 hour turnaround time on website maintenance items; site design turnaround time or as negotiated between client and Moving Lines.

4. Moving Lines reserves the right to determine what constitutes site design versus maintenance work.
